At Elezabel.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for all products.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

Non-Returnable Items:

    • Custom or personalized products
    • Intimate or sanitary goods
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Some health and personal care items

How to Initiate a Return:

    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization Number and return instructions.
  3. Shipping the Item:

    • Pack the item securely.
    • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Refunds

Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:

  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
    • Items not in their original condition
    • Items with missing parts not due to our error
    • Items returned after the 14-day return window

Late or Missing Refunds:

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
  • Exchanging for a Different Item:

    • If you wish to exchange your item for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Store Credit

  • If you prefer, we can issue your refund as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages:
    • We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or stolen after they have been handed over to USPS or other carriers.
    • Please consider purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible to receive a store credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive and process the return, a store credit code will be emailed to you.
